Position Title: Academic Records Coordinator
Department: Bryant Zhuhai Associate Registrar's Office
Position Summary

Under the supervision of Associate Registrar, the Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for all administrative assistance in the Bryant Zhuhai Office of the Associate Registrar related to academic program activity for undergraduate and visiting students. This includes primarily enrollment and registration processes and procedures, student records maintenance, special programs support, and data processing.

The Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for front desk activities to include responding to or directing all incoming phone, web, mail and customer inquiries; manages all portal issues for current students, parents and alumni.

Assists with special projects and initiatives such as document management and archiving.

This position will also provide support for general office functions and special events as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities

•Assists the Associate Registrar with all issues pertaining to enrollment and registration for current undergraduate and visiting students to include adding, dropping, and withdrawing from courses in CampusNexus Student (CNS); supports SIE and BSBI visiting students; support associate registrar regarding admission and registration of special program students.

•Provides general support in person, on the phone and by email for students, parents, faculty, alumni  and other academic and administrative office personnel for a variety of issues; Assists the Associate Registrar to provides information and general guidance regarding academic policies and procedures, registration processes and academic records.

•Updates CNS and maintains accurate biographic and demographic information for students and enrollment and coding issues; Assists with document management and analysis of student data and registration records.

•Supports the Associate Registrar with Master Schedule creation and class registration process.

Follow the rule of confidentiality for academic records.

•Perform additional duties and assistance with special projects as assigned, such as text book order and distribution.

Minimum Qualifications

•Undergraduate degree from any disciplines. Master degree preferred.

•Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience of using any •information system to accurately process large amount of data.

•Ability to prioritize daily functions; to interact effectively and professionally with varied •customers and departments. Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

•Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
